Today's scheduled workout was Run 0:45 Z1 - Z2.
I ran for 0:45 with a HR monitor. The first 0:35 I ran with Lana while I pushed Eli in the stroller.

Today's scheduled workout was Bike 1:15 Z2.
I rode for about 1:25 without a HR monitor.
I wasn't looking forward to heading out for the ride. I don't know if it's the pressure I feel over everything I want to accomplish this weekend or if I'm tired. This is another sign to keep an eye on my energy level.
I didn't intend to go too long on the ride. I was on my way back and saw that I was going to come up short by about 10 minutes when I was at 14th and Garrison. So, I took a ride on the path along the light rail and ended up making my way to 6th and Union.

Today's scheduled workout was 1600 yd Swim.
I got to practice all four strokes today. I got some coaching on how to do butterfly, breast and back. This workout was hard. I'm glad that I didn't have a run to do afterwards.
Even the warmup was hard. It was 3 X 100; on 25 and 75 breathe every five. The first 25 was not a problem. The other 75's and 25's were quite challenging to make it just breathing every five. It was actually almost scary.

I did feel a little tired today. I don't know if it's from the brick yesterday. But, I'll be keeping an eye on my energy level.

Today's scheduled workout was Bike 0:30 Z2 into a run 0:15 Z2.
I rode for 0:30 and ran for 0:15 without a HR monitor. The snow what we got last night melted and I was able to ride outside. I'm glad that the workouts have switched to the Brick and moved the run away from the Friday swim workout.

Today's scheduled workout was 1600 swim, 0:30 Z2 Run.
I did the masters swim. My favorite set today was 2 X (50 fast with fins / 100 easy with fins).
I think I ran 0:30 without a HR monitor. I had forgotten exactly when I headed out. I did the run down Kipling and back up. I also got a bit of hill work in a neighborhood that I used as a turn around.

I rode almost exactly 0:45 up Jewell, across Alameda, to Carr and back down Garrison without a HR monitor.

The scheduled workout today was a 1600 straight swim and 0:30 Run Z2.
I swam the masters workout and was probably around 2000 m.
I ran about 0:30 without a HR monitor.
I though I was swimming in the slowest lane, but I found out I was in lane 3 after the workout was over. I hung on pretty well for the whole workout. I just had to skip a couple of 100's. Next Green Mountain swim I will use Lane 2.
