Zone 1 - Zone 2 Run
I decided to do another run this morning. I got out the door by about 6:28 and caught the sun rising as I headed north up Kipling. It was a really beautiful sight. I ran for about one hour in the cool morning air and thoroughly enjoyed it. I could have run for another hour.

I got up early but ended up deciding to skip the swim workout. I went for a one hour run instead. I enjoyed the workout and ran the whole time.

This morning I decided that I was going to stay focused today and finally finish my third Udemy course and submit it for review. I invested 9.6 hours to get it done, but I succeeded! I feel so good right now.

I rode for about 1 hour. I did an out and back on the Bear Creek Trail heading east.
This was a different type of challenge for me this week riding six days in a row. I'm glad to have completed the challenge!

I rode for just over 2 hours today. I rode Morrison through Bear Creek Lake Park to the C470 trail until Ken Caryl. I had planned to do a loop in the Deer Creek Canyon area, but decided I didn't need to do a 4+ hour ride today.

I wasn't able to get myself out the door fast enough, so I decided I would do a bike workout today. I rode on the Bear Creek Trail for about one hour. It felt quite cool when I was starting, but I think I overdressed a bit; I was pretty warm by the time I finished.

I didn't get to bed early enough last night and then I didn't get a good night's sleep. But, I still held my motivation fast and made it to the workout. As usual, I was totally glad that I did. I didn't have to deal with all the impossible breath work like last week's workout. This workout was somewhat easier on that account, but I definitely still worked hard.
