I've got a bit of catching up to do and I'm going to make it brief.

I did a couple of run workouts in Berkeley while I was attending BADCamp. My presentation on Sunday was well received and I'm very happy with the job I did.

I had to go in for a jury summons on the 26th. I never got called in to the courtroom and was dismissed well before noon. I did a few workouts that week, including the 30/20/10 stationary bike.

I had my fourth Udemy course approved for the marketplace on the 1st.

I'm putting my focus on getting as much done as I can to prepare for Udemy's Black Friday promotions and am working on my next course right now. I'll be limiting the amount of time I spend working out until then and will be utilizing the 30/20/10 format bike and run workouts and probably won't be doing swim workouts.

I have also been putting a lot of time into my new initiative of the weekly inspirational blabcasts in the process of building my personal brand.

Yesterday I did 10 intervals on the run. This morning I did 5 intervals on the stationary bike and 5 intervals on the treadmill.

I give thanks to the Universe for the abundance it provides me. I surrender and am open and ready to receive.
