Today's scheduled workout was a 2500 swim workout and Run 1:00 Z1 - Z2.

I did a one hour swim workout in the hotel pool, including a nice mixture of drills, IM and 100 repeats. Then I ran around the city for about an hour.

The pool water was too warm, but I'm still really glad that I had a real pool to use.

The run around the city was really enjoyable.
