Zone 1 - Zone 2 Run
Today's scheduled workout was run 1:30 Z1 - Z2.
I started the run pushing Eli in the stroller while I ran with Lana for 0:30. Then I continued the rest on my own. I went down Garrison to Yale and back up Old Kipling. I finished up with a couple loops around Kendrick. The first loop was at a 10:15 pace. The second was at 10:05.
