Zone 1 - Zone 2 Run
Today's scheduled workout was Run 1:30 Z1 - Z2.
The weather is beautiful again today. It was in the low 50's when I headed out. I completed the workout without a HR monitor. The Kipling - Alameda - Jewell loop is just a bit too long for 90 minutes. But, I really like running that route.
My body is definitely feeling the increased workload. I did not feel light and/or fast. I had to just relax, hang in there and enjoy the workout. I'm glad I've got a rest day tomorrow!
