Today's scheduled workout was Bike 0:30 Z2 (QC) Run 0:15 Z2.

I as ON it today. I don't know if this was my fastest bike split, but it had to be pretty close. I know that this was my fastest run split. I made it almost all the way back home. I wasn't wearing my HR monitor, so I don't know if I stayed in Z2 for the run. I'm pretty sure I was in Z2 for the bike.
