Zone 1 - Zone 2 Run
Today's scheduled workout was Run 1:15 Z1 - Z2.
I thought that it was a bit colder outside than it actually was, so I was a tiny bit overdressed. I was also a little worried about how I was going to feel since I had overshot my bike workout yesterday. But, all in all the workout was fine. I kept a comfortable pace and made it through the scheduled time in good spirits.
