Today's scheduled workout was a 2500 swim and Run 0:45 Z2 with a five minute pick up at 0:30.
I'm not sure what my total distance was for the Masters swim. I think the set that I enjoyed the most today was 4X50, swim fast 25 / swim easy 25.
I felt good on the run. I ran without a HR monitor and did the scheduled workout.
