Today's scheduled workout was Bike 1:30 Z2.

I rode an interval workout program for 45 minutes switching between 1 minute of 65 watts and 30 seconds of 115 watts. HR probably stayed around 120 bpm. Then I rode about 0:33 on a 7.2 mile challenge tour and averaged around 110 watts. HR probably averaged in the mid-130 bpm. I finished with around 0:11 on a basic tour averaging around 110 watts. I'm guessing HR still averaged in the mid-130 bpm.

I'm definitely making good use of the stationary bike workouts.
