Today's scheduled workout was a 1600 swim workout.

I probably did end up swimming somewhere aroud 1600 in the masters swim workout today.

There was a 4 X 125 set in which we swam choice of stroke on odd lengths (1, 3, 5) and crawl on even lengths. I got a nice mixture of breast, one-arm fly and backstroke on the stroke lengths. You hear that? I chose to do some one-arm fly! I'm not choosing to do full fly, yet ;-P
