Today's scheduled workout was a 1600 straight swim and Run 0:30 Z2.

I did the masters swim. Today we did more backstroke work than we have done before. Jim pointed out a stroke correction I need to make. I was exiting my right hand from the water pinky up instead of thumb up. Exit thumb up, enter pinky first.

I ran for about 0:30 without a HR outside. I kept it really nice and easy.
