Multi #6 (Brick)
Today's scheduled workout was Bike 0:30 Z2 (QC) Run 0:15 Z2.
I rode the rollers for 0:30 without a HR monitor in a little smaller gear and then I ran for 0:15 without a HR monitor at an easy pace. I intentionally took it easy since it seemed like last week I was feeling tired and yesterday it was hard for me to get out of bed. I felt fine for this workout.
