Today's scheduled workout was 1600 yd swim workout and Run 0:30 Z2.

I was really tired this morning and it took me a few minutes to get out of bed.

The masters swim workout had a couple of sets of 4 X 50 full effort. One was crawl and one was stroke. There was another set of 4 X 50 full effort with fins.

Since the Masters swim was pretty hard and I was feeling tired last week already, I decided to do a super easy run. I ran for 0:30 without a HR monitor.
