Today's scheduled workout was Swim 1600 yd, Run 0:15 Z2.
I was up in time to get to the Masters swim, but I had a little issue that prevented me from being able to get out the door fast enough. So, I did my own 30 minute swim workout in the short lanes. Then I ran 0:30 without a HR monitor; I hadn't looked at the workout and didn't realize it was decreased.
