I swam 1000 yards at 1.30 seconds per stroke:
- 2X100 yard warmup
- 2X100 fist 25 / swim 25
- 2X100 one arm 25 / swim 25
- 2X100 fingertip 25 / swim 25
- 2X100 cool down
I ran for 45 minutes easy (no heart rate monitor) at a cadence of 90.
I felt really tired this morning. But, I think this nice easy workout energized me. I ran outside and the weather is fantastic.
