Sunday Update

Yesterday I rode the stationary bike for a 30 minute strength workout. Today I ran 30 minutes on the treadmill doing a similar type of strength workout.

Today's update

I completed an interval bike / run combination on Wednesday. As planned, I rested yesterday. I did a Masters workout this morning.

Yesterday I was not exactly productive with my business. I suppose I accomplished some marketing (and maybe relationship building?). But, mostly I think I wasted a lot of time.

I'll reset myself and do better today.

I give thanks to the Universe for the abundance it provides me. I surrender and am open and ready to receive.

Busy, busy, busy

I've got a bit of catching up to do and I'm going to make it brief.

I did a couple of run workouts in Berkeley while I was attending BADCamp. My presentation on Sunday was well received and I'm very happy with the job I did.

I had to go in for a jury summons on the 26th. I never got called in to the courtroom and was dismissed well before noon. I did a few workouts that week, including the 30/20/10 stationary bike.

Zone 1 - Zone 2 Run

I ran for about 50 minutes. I think tomorrow I'll have to get my workout in around Berkeley. So, I'm guessing the rest of the days won't have hill work like this if any at all.

Masters Swim

I completed 2050 of the 2300 workout today. I probably would have completed all of it had it not been for the fact that there was a fair amount of kick sets.

I was up again at 2:30 and did get some work done before the workout. I felt great about going to the workout.

Masters Swim

I was getting crushed like a little bug at points during the workout this morning. This has got to be good for me. It will surely push me to the next level.
